WFI is committed to the development of each WFI employee through training programs. We believe that continuous learning is essential to enhance individual and the organizational efficiency.

The recruiting follows a standard procedure. The selection procedure starts after we have receiving your résumé, referring to a particular vacancy. The recruiting consists of the following steps:

• Evaluation of the Application or resume.
• First selection session consisting of one interview.
• Second selection session consisting of an assessment.
• After contract terms and conditionsdiscussion , we offer you a job.

We try to complete the application path within a few weeks. Whatever our decision may be, we will always inform you. Feel free to Contact Us for a request or further explanation.
